Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Avocadoge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Avocadoge is a self-custody Dogecoin wallet application for iOS. The app allows you to generate wallet addresses, send and receive Dogecoin, and manage your cryptocurrency holdings. Avocadoge is not a financial institution, exchange, or custodian.

Self-Custody and Responsibility

Avocadoge is a self-custody wallet. This means:

• You are solely responsible for securing your private keys and recovery phrase.
• If you lose your recovery phrase, there is no way for us or anyone else to recover your funds.
• You are solely responsible for all transactions made using your wallet.
• We cannot reverse, cancel, or refund any transactions on the Dogecoin blockchain.
• SparrowTek LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or inaccessible Dogecoin, whether resulting from user error, forgotten recovery phrases, unauthorized access, software bugs, network issues, or any other cause.

No Financial Advice

Avocadoge does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Cryptocurrency is volatile and carries risk. You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial decisions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Avocadoge. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Avocadoge to:

• Engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Launder money or finance terrorism.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app beyond what is permitted by applicable law.

Subscriptions

Avocadoge offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called "Avocadoge+" that removes the per-transaction service fee. The following terms apply to subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions at any time.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Subscription prices are displayed in the app prior to purchase and may vary by region.

Transaction Fees

Dogecoin transactions require network fees paid to miners. Avocadoge may also include a small service fee on transactions. All fees are displayed before you confirm a transaction. Network fees are not controlled by us and may vary.

Availability

We do not guarantee that Avocadoge will be available at all times. The app depends on the Dogecoin network and third-party infrastructure (such as Electrum servers and Dogecoin nodes) that are outside of our control. We may also update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Avocadoge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparrowTek LLC and its officers, employees, and developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of Dogecoin or other cryptocurrency, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. This includes, without limitation, any losses resulting from transaction errors, wallet compromise, forgotten or lost recovery phrases, blockchain network failures, or third-party service outages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SparrowTek LLC and its developers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Avocadoge or violation of these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
